The East Central Board of Realtors, nicknamed the “The Biggest Little Board in the State”, was established in 1966 with a handful of real estate professionals servicing four Connecticut towns of Hebron, Colchester, Amston, and Marlborough. Our membership has grown as did the towns we service!

Many of our Realtors can boast a membership of 25 or more years and over 50% of our Realtors have been established in the our board for over 10 years.

We are an all Realtor board which means our members subscribe to a strict code of ethics and business practices under the direction of The National Association of Realtors and The Connecticut Association of Realtors. We promote equal housing opportunities for all in a fair and ethical manner. We also provide continuing education to our members and have program events to enhance professionalism in our trade. We’re informed so you’re informed!
